Trachtulec Z et al. (Gene 335, 151-157) analyzed genome sequence information from the BACs CH211-202M22 and DKEY-16O9 and identified the presence of the pdcd2, tbp, psmb1, rab1a and rhou genes. The CH211-202M22 BAC had presviously been mapped to LG 13 placing all of these genes on LG 13. Conserved synteny was seen between zebrafish pdcd2, tbp and psmb1 genes and their human and mouse orthologs.
