For analysis of apoptosis, MCF-7 or SK-N-MC cells were labeled with the combination of SYTOX Blue and R-PE-Annexin V conjugate and analyzed by flow cytometry. The cell histograms showing phases were created by measuring propidium iodide (PI) staining and flow cytometry. Data represents means and SD of at least three independent experiments. Multiple comparison t-tests with Bonferroni correction or Student’s t-test were used (*p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001, ****p<0.0001).
