(C) Hepatoblast lamellipodia are oriented with respect to the anteroposterior axis. Expression of EphrinB1 and EphrinB16F randomises lamellipodia orientation in comparison to control and MO-ephrinB1 embryos, and similar to compromised EphB3b function (see Figure 6H).
