Both frontal (c) and lateral (d) view is reported for 1 µM Lan treated embryos; panels (a,b,df) depict lateral views. Fluorescence microscope pictures (gk) represents embryos hearts stained with anti-myosin antibodies (MF20 and S46) using IHC method (whole heart is stained in red and atrium in green). The size proportions of ventricle and atrium (V/A) are indicated in each heart image. Lan, lanthionine; CTRL, control (no treatment).
