Dtx1 induces the premature differentiation of neuronal precursors. Embryos were examined through in situ hybridization by using neurogenin1 and immunohistochemistry by using an anti-HuC/D antibody. a Compared with the controls, neurogenin1 expression level was increased at the bud stage but downregulated in dtx1 full -injected embryos.
