Gbp4 regulates the number of neutrophils. Zebrafish mpx:eGFP one-cell embryos were injected with standard control (Std) or Gbp4 MOs in combination with antisense (As), Gbp4 (A-E) or Gcsfa (C-E) mRNAs (A, D). Each dot represents the number of neutrophils from a single larva, while the mean ± SEM for each group is also shown. The sample size (n) is indicated for each treatment.
