Arrowheads indicate mCherry-RabCA puncta that co-localize with transgenic EGFP-Rab vesicles, whereas arrows indicate non-colocalizing mCherry-RabCA puncta. Asterisks illustrate the presence of large vesicular structures that undergo dynamic movements in time-lapse images similar to EGFP-Rab vesicles.
