The developmental expression of genes CYP1A, CYP2J26, zgc:153269 (CYP3), and UGT1A1 in zebrafish larvae. Total RNA was extracted from a pool of 100 larvae, which was used for cDNA synthesis. Equal amounts of cDNA (1 μg) was used as a template for polymerase chain reaction amplification of the above genes across normal embryonic development. CYP, cytochrome P1A; UGT, UDP-glucuronosyl transferase. |
