Statement of Research Interest
Our lab focuses on heme metabolism and erythropoiesis. We are currently exploring three major themes: intracellular heme homeostasis, iron import and heme biosynthesis in differentiating erythroblasts, and nuclear condensation during terminal erythropoiesis.
