Genomic Features

Statement of Research Interest

Our research is focusing on zebrafish hox genes, which are composed of 48 hox genes located on seven hox clusters.
Recently, we generated a complete set of all of the seven individual hox cluster mutants by the CRISPR-Cas9 system
By developmental genetic approach using these mutants, we try to decipher the vertebrate Hox code underlying the vertebrate body formation.
