Statement of Research Interest
UQBR|Aquatics is the aquatic division of UQ Biological Resources, and operates as a core facility to support aquatic research at The University of Queensland (UQ). UQBR|Aquatics offers essential services including production of high quality zebrafish at multiple life stages, tank space, fish husbandry services, and access to state of the art imaging and behavioural analysis facilities. UQBR|Aquatics supports research programs for UQ, the Translational Research Institute (TRI) and other national research groups.
In addition to the core zebrafish product, UQBR|Aquatics also offers access to Australia's only X.borealis breeding colony, and supports more exotic aquatic research including Cone snails, Anemones, and Stonefish.
