Phenotype: pronephric tubule ciliary basal body mislocalised, abnormal
Note: This statement combines anatomy and/or ontology terms with phenotype quality terms to create a complete phenotype (EQ) statement. For detailed information on individual terms, click the hyperlinked term name.
Name: pronephric tubule
Synonyms: ciliated neck segment
Definition: Bilaterally paired tubes connecting the pronephric glomeruli to the pronephric ducts. In zebrafish and other teleosts, the pronephric nephron and tubules form after the pronephric duct, connecting to the anterior-most tip of the pronephric ducts.
Ontology: Anatomy Ontology [ZFA:0001558]
Name: ciliary basal body
Synonyms: basal body, cilial basal body, cilium basal body, kinetosome, microtubule basal body
Definition: A membrane-tethered, short cylindrical array of microtubules and associated proteins found at the base of a eukaryotic cilium (also called flagellum) that is similar in structure to a centriole and derives from it. The cilium basal body is the site of assembly and remodeling of the cilium and serves as a nucleation site for axoneme growth. As well as anchoring the cilium, it is thought to provide a selective gateway regulating the entry of ciliary proteins and vesicles by intraflagellar transport.
Ontology: GO: Cellular Component [GO:0036064]    QuickGO    AmiGO
Name: mislocalised
Synonyms: ectopic, mislocalized
Definition: A positional quality inhering in a bearer by virtue the bearer's being changed in abnormal position.
Ontology: Phenotypic Quality Ontology [PATO:0000628]
