- A cervical squamous cell carcinoma that is characterized by a hyperkeratotic, undulating, warty surface and invades the underlying stroma in the form of bulbous epithelial pegs with a pushing border, broad papillae that lack fibrovascular cores and the absence of koilocytosis.
