- A chromene that is 2,2-dimethyl-2H-chromene substituted by methoxy and (2S)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)propanoyl groups at positions 5 and 6, respectively. It is a Hsp90 inhibitor that prevents hypoxia-mediated retinal neovascularization and could potentially be used as a treatment for diabetic retinopathy.
