Definition
An amino disaccharide epitope consisting of two N-formyl-alpha-D-perosamine residues linked (1->2). Its coupling with the carrier protein CRM197 via the DAS linker results in a neoglycoconjugate which has been used in investigations into vaccine development against brucellosis.
