An amino pentasaccharide comprising of beta-D-gal-(1->3)-beta-D-GlcNAc-(1->3)-beta-D-gal-(1->4)-D-glc in which the D-glc residue is substituted by an alpha-L-Fuc group at position 3. It is found in human milk.
