- A nucleic acid (single-stranded DNA) aptamer consisting of nine deoxyguanosine and six thymidine residues connected by 3'->5' phosphodiester linkages in the sequence G-G-T-T-G-G-T-G-T-G-G-T-T-G-G. One of a family of aptamers that bind to and lead to the neutralization of autoantibodies (AABs) that are directed against G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCR-AABs).
