Abstract
CRISPRs were used to generate a mutant in this gene in exon 5. The generated allele is a 31 base-pair deletion (see attached image of alignment of with CRISPRs (teal) and genotyping primers (pink)). The mutant is dying between 7-8 somite and 24 hpf. Attached pictures were taken blind and then the mutants and controls were genotyped.
