I am interested in the mechanisms involved in various aspects of nervous system development. Currently, I am focusing on the role of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway in neuronal fate specification and axon pathfinding in the developing spinal cord. To understand this process, I am using a combined approach of loss of function and over expression studies.
