Statement of Research Interest
Mapping mesoscale (granularity at the cell type level) connectome is essential and fundamental for understanding how the brain works. In the laboratory, our present focus is to build a nervous system-wide cellular-resolution neural morphological atlas with cell type identity for larval zebrafish at 6-7 days post fertilization.
