OPTICS: MAGNIFICATION: DATE OF IMAGE: SUBMITTER COMMENTS: Wild-type (top) and mutant (bottom) embryos. In the mutant, region posterior to the yolk tube is several times shorter than in wild-type siblings and remains attached to the yolk tube much longer.
