Accumulation of lipid droplets in livers of overfed zebrafish. Images of Oil Red O staining for section of livers in control and overfed groups (A). The fold change of lipid droplet accumulation according to the results of Oil Red O staining between the control group and the overfed group were quantified by Image J software (version 1.50i) and showed in histogram (B).
