Generation of zebrafish transgenic lines expressing wild type and mutant human TDP-43. (A) The transgene constructs consist of the human wild type (TDP-43^WT) or the G348C mutant TDP-43 (TDP-43^G348C) cDNA fused with 6 myc-tag under the control of the hsp70-like promoter (hsp70l). The constructs also contained eGFP driven by the cardiac myosin light chain (cmlc2) promoter. (B) Representative picture of the embryos used for all experiments.
