Fig. 1 The expression of igf2bp1 during early zebrafish embryo development. (A) Whole-mount in situ hybridization of igf2bp1 from 1-cell to 96hpf. Before 12 hpf and after 72 hpf, the expression of igf2bp1 is low, and igf2bp1 was mainly expressed in brain and liver of zebrafish embryos at 48 hpf and 72 hpf. (B) Igf2bp1 expression was detected by qRT-PCR during embryonic development in zebrafish.
