Sibling WT embryos developed on average 34.6 crh neurons and cnot8m1061 mutants developed on average 59.4 crh neurons. Significance was evaluated by Mann-Whitney test (p = 0.008). Embryos were genotyped by PCR. Scale bar 100 µm.
