Sustained RG proliferation following LY treatment. (A) Experimental design. RG cells in S phase were labelled using BrdU at the end of a 7-day LY treatment and their fate was analyzed 3 days later. (B) Triple immunohistochemistry for GFP (RG, green), BrdU (magenta) and MCM5 (blue) in telencephalic cross-sections of a gfap:gfp transgenic fish.
