Fig. S4 Muscle fiber alignment defect in popdc2 morphants. Confocal imaging of lateral flat mounts of the trunk musculature of 3 dpf old (A) MO-CTR and (B) MO1/MO2-popdc2 injected embryos, which were stained with an α-actinin antibody. The morphant displays severe myofiber alignment defects, which are likely to cause uncoordinated swimming behavior as has been observed in the morphants. Scale bars = 200 μm.
