Fig. 8 Demographic analysis of the lifespan in zprogerin and zprelamin A transgenic zebrafish. A shorter lifespan in zprogerin and zprelamin A transgenic zebrafish is demonstrated by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. In zprogerin transgenic zebrafish (Progerin Tg), two independent cohorts (Cohort 1 and 2) were analyzed and the survival curves show significant decreases in lifespan compared with the corresponding wild-type siblings (Non-Tg siblings). zPrelamin A transgenic zebrafish (Prelamin Tg) also showed a relatively shorter lifespan than their siblings (Non-Tg siblings).
