(B) Sequencing of two shr mutant alleles reveals the molecular lesions (leading to the premature truncation of Med12). L, leucine-rich domain; LS, leucine-serine-rich domain; PQL, proline-glutamine-leucine-rich domain; OPA, opposite-paired domain. Numbering corresponds to the amino acid number.
