Fig. 2 In vitro translation and expression of lxr. Samples from in vitro translated 35S-methionine labeled Lxr (35S Lxr), control reaction (Ctrl), HEK293 cells transiently transfected with pCMX-lxr (HEK293 Lxr), or empty pCMX (HEK293) and liver homogenates (liver) from adult zebrafish were separated by SDS-PAGE. Proteins were detected by autoradiography or immunoblot analysis.
