Fig. S3 SDF-1a Accumulates in Lysosomes Upon CXCR7-Mediated Internalization. Epifluorescent images were taken 1 hour after transplantation of cells expressing untagged CXCR7 and H1M-EGFP-globin (green) into SDF-1a-EGFP (green) expressing host embryos. Lysosomal labelling was obtained by incubation of the embryos in 0.3x Danieau’s buffer containing 70 FM LysoTracker (Invitrogen), starting 1 hour prior to transplantation.
