Fig. S3 Effect of Tob1a on Formation of β-Catenin/Axin/APC Complexes. The expression plasmids were cotransfected into HEK293T cells, and co-immunoprecipitation was performed. Overexpression of Myc-tob1a had no effect on β-Catenin/Axin (A) or β-Catenin/APC binding (B). Myc-tob1a doses: 1 μg and 3 μg, respectively.
